Shipment charges are calculated according to the higher of actual or volumetric weight per piece and any piece may be re-weighed and re-measured by preferred partner(s) to confirm this calculation. Orders shipped outside of the country of origin of the product, either within or outside of Africa, may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. and/or its affiliate partners have no control over these charges, nor can predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Customs policies vary widely; customers are thereby advised to contact their local customs office for more information. Note: Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID. Inspection and/or its partners may open and inspect a shipment without notice for safety, security, customs or other regulatory reasons. Unacceptable Shipment A Shipment is deemed unacceptable if: no customs declaration is made when required by applicable customs regulations, it is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), ADR (European Road Transport Regulation on dangerous goods) or other relevant organization (“Dangerous Goods”), its address is incorrect or not properly marked.

Delivery & Undeliverable Shipments cannot be delivered to PO boxes or postal codes. Shipments are delivered to the Receiver’s address given by the customer but not necessarily to the named Receiver personally. Shipments to addresses with a central receiving area called consolidated centres will be delivered to that area. Our logistics partner may notify Receiver of an upcoming delivery or a missed delivery. Receiver may be offered alternative delivery options such as delivery on another day. Please keep in mind that delivery times can vary depending on the product/service chosen and origin/destination relation; from 5-7 working days for neighbouring countries and up to 20 working days for countries with long distances. Please also keep in mind that – depending on the product/service chosen – the shipment will normally be handed over to the respective local postal company in your country for final delivery to you.

Return Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may be entitled to a refund. To obtain a refund please contact our customer services team Your order must be sent back to us within 5 working days of delivery. Once we receive a purchase return, you may wish to exchange it for another product of the same value by placing a new order. We do not cover the cost of sending your order back to us.  For us to process your refund with no delays we ask you to adhere to the following instructions: We only accept returns sent to us immediately an order has been delivered to you. All return packages must be shipped with a proof of postage. We are not able to process refunds if proof of postage is not provided.  The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure it’s packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. The items must be sent back to us in original condition with packaging and tags still attached. We are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order. We aim to accept all returns. In an event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return. I received a wrong item. Can I obtain a free refund? If you received a wrong item, we will correct your order free of charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping of the replacement item. How long does it take to process a refund? Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
